HOW CAN I BOOK MY SESSION?

Best way to book a session is through the booking icon on my website. I also have my link the the booking site on my Instagram bio. Sometimes messages get lost in my direct messages on Facebook or Instagram so email or the booking site is the safest way to get a guaranteed response from me. If you are inquiring about wedding packages, maternity sessions or senior portraits, please send me an email in the contact icon and please specify your questions.

PAYMENT:

My preferred form of payment is through my booking site, however, I do accept checks made out to Celine Ramey. For all appointments, I do require a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due ONE WEEK prior to your session.

WHAT WILL MY SESSION PACKAGE INCLUDE?

All full sessions have a photo gallery minimum of 50 edited and downloadable images. The images in your gallery will already be edited and all will be available for you to download and print. Your gallery will be delivered to you via email with a link to your private gallery. Mini sessions have a photo minimum of 15 images with the option to purchase more. 30 minute headshot sessions will include a total of 10 images. At no point will Celine Ramey Photography deliver any RAW images.

ARE DRESSES INCLUDED WHEN BOOKING A MATERNITY SESSION?

YES! So once you book, you will receive an emailed link to my client closet. From there, you will get to choose your top 4 favorite dresses. You will send your selections to me and I will deliver them to your home for you to try on 1-2 weeks prior to your scheduled session. You will get to wear your top 2 favorite dresses for your session. I unfortunately only deliver the dresses within a 20 miles radius from my 76017 area code so if you live outside of that radius, I will simply bring the dresses with me to your session and we will meet a little earlier than our appointment time for you to try the dresses on at the session location.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY GALLERY TO BE DELIVERED?

Gallery turnaround time for Celine Ramey Photography will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Please keep in mind that I, like yourself, have a family and 2 small boys that require my attention a good amount of time during the day. 3-4 weeks allows myself to perfect your gallery without overworking myself into the ground. However, if you do need your gallery sooner, I do offer an expedite fee.

DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN STUDIO?

So unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my McKinney studio at the beginning of 2024. So, no I do not own my own studio at the moment. I do, however, shoot at several different studios all over the metroplex. The studio fees are included in my rates when booking. The studios that I shoot at are all independently owned so they charge for the studio spaces by the hour. Not all studio spaces are priced the at the same rate. Depending where you are located, I will choose a studio that is closest to you. Studio rates also apply to my studio as well.

WILL I RECEIVE SNEAK PEEKS?

I do not deliver sneak peeks however I do offer a sneak peek add on fee options.

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHY DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

My style is very accommodating to everyone’s personal needs! I specialize in family, maternity, engagement, lifestyle newborns and weddings. I absolutely adore photographing children! I have 2 young boys of my own and I feel like I can always connect with all children during our sessions. I also do first birthday sessions with smash cakes. I also offer branding/headshot sessions as well! It is always great to update your headshot so I definitely have a couple packages that I offer for those.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?

For maternity shoots, I recommend doing this session while the mother is between 28-36 weeks pregnant. However, even though I recommend doing the session during this timeframe, I highly recommend securing your appointment while you are in your second trimester. For photoshoots such as birthdays and smash cake sessions, I recommend booking a month before the birthday. My turnaround time for galleries is 3-4 weeks so I would hate for you to book the session a week before the birthday, just to not receive the gallery in time. I do, however, offer an expedited gallery fee if you do find your self in a situation where you will be needing the gallery early. For all other sessions, I recommend booking a month plus out. My calendar fills up so fast for weekend sessions. I do have availability on weekdays but it is limited. Please keep in mind that my designated day off is on Mondays and I do not do sessions on this day.

FOR MATERNITY SESSIONS, ARE MY SPOUSE, CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE SESSION OR WILL IT BE JUST ME?

Of course! Your spouse, children and any other family members are more than welcome and highly encouraged to attend this session!

WHAT IS YOUR EDITING STYLE?

My editing style is true to color. I unfortunately do not specialize in dark and moody or light and airy. So please take that into consideration when sending me an inquiry. I will not adjust my editing style if true to color is not your preference.

I AM INTERESTED IN ADDING A SMASH CAKE TO MY SESSION. HOW DO WE GO ABOUT THAT PROCESS?

So I collaborate with 2 different bakers in the DFW area that make my smash cakes for me! All you have to do is send me over your inspiration photos for the session and I will send it over to them. They will need 3 weeks notice in order to do the cake. Keep in mind that the smash cakes are not the actually cake for your child’s birthday party. So the details of these cakes need to be simple and not so full in detail. If you are needing the cake to have more details, the fee will be adjusted. The add on fee for the smash cake is $25.00.

HOW CAN I VIEW YOUR CLIENT CLOSET?

Access to the client closet of Celine Ramey Photography can be accessed by contacting me via email. I do not offer a public link to the site.

ARE THE DRESSES IN YOUR CLIENT CLOSET ONLY MATERNITY?

NOPE! I offer a wide variety of dresses that can be used for maternity and non maternity. The dresses can be used for any session. You will need to send me an email to inquire the session that you would like to use the dress for.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WILL YOU TRAVEL?

So, I live in South Arlington in the 76017 area code. I do have a travel fee of $1.00 for every mile past a 25 mile radius from my area code each way. If you book with my studio in McKinney and inquire with me beforehand, the travel fee will be waived.

DOES IT COST MORE FOR A SESSION FOR MORE PEOPLE?

Yes, for extended family sessions, for every person additional over 6 people will be an added cost of $15 per person. My reasoning for this is because the more people that are being photographed, the more time it is going to take for me to edit as well as more photos. The additional cost is merely to pay for my additional labor spent editing the larger gallery.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS IN YOUR PACKAGES?

Unfortunately, no. However, if you are wanting prints, I highly recommend ordering prints off of the website that your gallery will be delivered on. Prints from other providers such as Walgreens, Costco, etc. can alter the edits in the image and for a guaranteed printed image, I would highly recommend printing straight from the website of your gallery.
