Birthday and cake smash sessions
As a mother of 2 young boys, I understand first hand that the years go by so fast and I am personally always looking through old photos from when they were babies and wonder where the time has gone. I am here for you to capture your child’s many milestones and their sweet personalities of every age.
For cake smash sessions, I collaborate with a couple local bakers here in DFW that make my smash cakes for my clients that book for an additional fee of $25.00. That option to add the smash cake will be located on the booking link that I send you when you are ready to book. They only specialize in buttercream frosting and not fondant so if you have an detailed design for your smash cake, that will be at an additional cost per the baker. You will simply send me any inspirational photos that you have for the cake and I will send it to them and bring the cake with me to your session. The baker does require at least 2-3 weeks in advanced to ensure confirmation that they can make it with their availability. I do also have a wide variety of birthday props that I can bring for your session. The add on fee for me to supply the props is $20.00. I unfortunately do not include balloon garlands in that price so if you wanted to add that to your session, you would have to provide that on your own.
For birthday sessions, I do offer 15 minute outdoor mini sessions, 30 minute outdoor sessions or one hour outdoor or studio sessions. For cake smash sessions, I do recommend doing those for the hour increments due to the pre cake smash photos, cake smash setup and cleanup. If you would like to do a studio session for your cake smash, there are several studios all over DFW that I often shoot at so we can choose one closest to your location if they have availability.
Listed below are the rates for each of my packages as well as how many images you will receive in your gallery:
15 minute outdoor mini session (must be within 10 miles of my 76017 area code. Sessions further than that will include a travel fee of $1.00 per every mile each way past 10 miles of my 76017 area code): $200 and will include 15 images with the option to purchase more
30 minute outdoor birthday session: $250 and will include a minimum of at least 30 edited and downloadable images available for you in your own private online gallery
One hour outdoor birthday session: $300 and will include a minimum of at least 50 edited and downloadable images available for you in your own private online gallery
One hour indoor studio birthday session: $375 and will include a minimum of at least 50 edited and downloadable images available for you in your own private online gallery
I do recommend booking your birthday sessions at least one month prior to their birthday. My turnaround time is 3 weeks, however, I do offer an expedited gallery option if you need it sooner.
Maternity session
WITH BOOKING WITH CELINE RAMEY PHOTOGRAPHY, YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO VIEW MY CLIENT CLOSET AND WILL HAVE YOUR CHOICE OF 2 DRESSES TO WEAR FOR YOUR PHOTOSHOOT
OUTDOOR MATERNITY SESSIONS-$350
So for outdoor maternity session, you and I will discuss a location for our session that meets your maternity session vision. If you choose to use my dresses from my client closet, I do bring a pop up changing tent so that you can change on location into your second dress without having to worry about wondering where to change! For these sessions you are more than welcome to bring any items that you would like to incorporate into your session such as sonogram photos, baby shoes, name sign, onesie, etc.
AT HOME NEWBORN SESSIONS- $350
These sessions are for those who have already given birth and are looking for my services for at home lifestyle newborn photos. PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT specialize in the super posed baby shots that you see for most newborns sessions. My style is lifestyle so I usually like to get the shots of baby and the family in the nursery, parents room and living room. I recommend having as much natural light as possible in the rooms where we will be shooting in. If not, I will bring appropriate lighting to help ensure the best photos. I do, however, have a variety of baby swaddles in different shades of blue and pink for you to choose from as well head pieces for the little ladies. I also have a few newborn knot gowns as well as a Moses basket and florals that I bring with me as well. These sessions last an hour to an hour and a half. I like to do these sessions within the first 2 weeks that the baby is born. That is the time when the baby sleeps the most and makes for the best newborn shots. I always recommend that the baby is well fed before these sessions. I also like to do these sessions in the morning around 9:00-10:00 AM because the baby is the most calm around that time. These shots will include all members of the family unless specified that you would like it to just be the baby. Please know that when I do the at home sessions, I ALWAYS wear 2 masks and I bring gloves as well to help swaddle the baby. I understand that the mask mandate has been lifted but to keep everyone safe, I will always wear a mask.
STUDIO MATERNITY SESSIONS- $400
For these sessions, the rate is slightly higher than the outdoor sessions due to the fee of the studio rate per hour. These sessions will include one hour of shooting time. These sessions cannot exceed over one hour unless you would like to extend the time to which then the final balance will raise. With studio sessions, same rules apply with the 2 dresses. Studio sessions have a totally different vibe than outdoor. These sessions are clean and minimal. The studios provide a variety of chairs, couches, a bed and colored backdrops. I have several studios that I usually go to from Fort Worth, Dallas and Plano.
OUTDOOR MATERNITY/AT HOME LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION BUNDLES- $550
So for my outdoor maternity and at home lifestyle newborn session bundles, you still get your choice of 2 dresses from my client closet. Your outdoor maternity session will include one hour to an hour and a half of shooting time at a location that we discuss closer to the date of your session. OUTDOOR (OR STUDIO) MATERNITY/STUDIO (OR AT HOME) LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION BUNDLE- $625
I know the description of this one sounds a bit confusing. Let me explain. This is for those who choose one or the other. Like if you would like an outdoor maternity but a studio lifestyle session or a studio maternity session and an at home lifestyle newborn session. Same standards apply to the outdoor and studio descriptions. If you choose a studio lifestyle newborn session, the vibe of this session will be very light and bright. These sessions will include all family members and baby. Most studios that I do these sessions at include a bed, couches and a variety of chairs for your session. You will also be able to bring any props or items from home that you would like (i.e. baby name sign, baby blanket, etc.).
STUDIO MATERNITY/STUDIO LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION- $725
For this bundle, this is for those who would like only studio sessions. We will discuss locations that will be to you liking. You will be able to choose 2 different studios for each session if you’d like. Same standards apply for studio sessions. Shooting time will not exceed past an hour for each session unless specified that you would like to extend the time frame to which your final balance will raise.
Family sessions
30 MINUTE OUTDOOR FAMILY SESSIONS- $275
These sessions are for those who need the short and sweet sessions. Galleries for these sessions will have a 30 photo minimum. Locations will be discussed once you book so that we can find a good in between spot for us to meet at.
ONE HOUR OUTDOOR FAMILY SESSIONS- $350
This is the session that I usually recommend for families. These are great for the larger families or those who have 2 or more children. Its crazy how fast the time goes for theses sessions so most of the time, one hour is necessary. These galleries have a 50 photo minimum. Locations are always discussed between client and Celine Ramey Photography before the session.
studio sessions
ONE HOUR STUDIO SESSIONS- $400
These sessions are so versatile! I absolutely love to do studio sessions. They are so great for branding and headshots, smash cake, maternity and engagement sessions! I have a list of studios that I usually shoot at all over the metroplex. The studio fee is already included in your client rate. Studio sessions will not exceed one hour of shooting time unless you specify that you would like to extend. In which that case, your final balance will raise due to the studio hourly fee. All the studios that I shoot at have amazing natural light, a variety of couches, chairs, backdrops and most of the time there is a bed as well.
Engagement sessions
ONE HOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS- $350
Congratulations on your engagement! I would love nothing more than to capture the sweet moments between you and your person for your engagement shoot! I absolutely LOVE love! Like all sessions, we will discuss locations prior to booking so that we can achieve your vision for the photoshoot.
